The property is minutes away from Miami's hot spots while providing you a comfort place to stay. **This is 1 out of 3 houses inside this property with SHARED parking spaces(2 parking spaces for you) & washer/dryer(located outside between houses).** Please read the policy prior to booking this place since it is NOT a house for PARTIES, EVENTS, SMOKING inside the houses etc. You can find the house rules under "Others details to note". The space This single house is located inside the property that has a duplex(two houses connected by a wall) in front of it. The other two houses are Airbnb duplex(see my other listings under my profile) that can be combined /reserve as well for a bigger family/friends gathering. This house has an outdoor dinning area and side yard facing the back of the front duplex. Although it is behind the front duplex, it is reserved for this house to be used. Guest access THIS HOUSE HAS SHARED PARKING SPACES AND W/D This house has 2 available parking spaces and free street parking. You will park on the far left side of the property. The right side belongs to the Airbnb Duplex located in the front. You will have access to a paid wash and dryer(operated by coin) in the property that is located outside between houses. Other things to note HOUSE RULES -NO LOCALS: I can cancel at anytime without any refund - SMOKING: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed. There’s a $300 special cleaning fee if you’re found to have been smoking within the property - EVENTS: NO events or parties allowed. There is a $25 per person fee PLUS an additional $300 special cleaning fee if you’re found to have had a party or event. And in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY without refund - NOISE: No loud noise after 22:00. This is important because we have 24/7 security who will be alerted - PETS: No pets allowed. There’s a $300 special cleaning fee if you’re found to have pets in the property - LATE CHECK-OUT: No late check-outs. Check-out is at 11:00am or earlier. There’s a $50 inconvenience fee for any late check outs. - ILLEGAL DRUGS: No illegal drugs. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY without refund - WEAPONS: No weapons of any kind are allowed - RESPECT: Last, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it CLEAN before you leave. Wash the dirty dishes and TAKE THE TRASH OUT TO THE GREEN BIN OR BLUE FOR RECYCLING. -SHARED PARKING: This is a shared parking with other Airbnb houses inside this property. You will have 2 parking spaces on the far left side of the property(if you are facing the duplex, you will park towards to the far left). The parking spaces are long enough that you can park an additional car behind yours. Please ensure you additional car is not blocking the other guest's vehicles. There is free street parking as well.
