Our home is located in the heart of 78704 and SoLa (South Lamar) where you can Uber/Lyft to downtown Austin in less than 10 minutes for ~$12. Zilker Park, Barton Creek hike and bike trails, Barton Springs pool and South Congress are accessible within minutes. You'll love our neighborhood and the accessibility to everything in Austin. There are also several restaurants, coffee shops, and taco spots within walking distance. The space First floor: On first floor you'll find the living room, kitchen, dining and outdoor patio with BBQ grill and seating. Please note that the garage is not available but there is ample parking on the street. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances that include the refrigerator, stove, microwave, wine fridge, and dishwasher. We also have cooking/grilling utensils, salt/pepper, olive oil along with food storage containers for all your cooking your needs. We also provide wax paper, saran wrap, and foil. There are plenty of coffee mugs, water glasses, and wine/champagne glasses for our guests. Dining: The dining room sits 6-8 people and has a lot of space for entertaining and hanging out. Living Room: The living room features one sofa with a chaise lounge, two accent chairs perfect for relaxing while watching movies or your favorite TV series on the 65" Samsung Smart TV. There is also a powder room adjacent to the living room. Second Floor: On the second floor, you'll find all 4 bedrooms, full bathrooms, laundry, and balcony access. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. Bedroom 1: This spacious bedroom includes a King size memory foam bed, a full walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a full-size soaking tub. Room darkening shutters and access to a covered balcony complete this room. Bedroom 2: Similar to a second master bedroom, this room features a California King size memory foam bed, a full closet, a desk for working from home, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Room darkening shutters and balcony access are also included. Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers a Queen size memory foam mattress and access to a hallway bathroom with a full bath and shower/tub. It includes a desk with a Varidesk for standing work. This room also has balcony access and room darkening shutters. Bedroom 4: This bedroom includes twin bunk beds with memory foam mattresses and balcony access. Please note, we are not liable for any injuries resulting from the use of the bunk beds. Extras: Upon request, we can provide a pack n' play travel crib suitable for infants up to 2/3 years old. Additionally, we have two soft baby carriers and a high chair available for your use during your stay. Please let us know if you require any of these amenities, and they will be set up in the house prior to your arrival. Other things to note Please observe our house rules. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!  •NO SHOES - Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the house •Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, etc from socket when leaving the home.
