The back porch has a gas grill and a table for 6 people. ☆As you walk through the open kitchen area, there are plenty of space to entrain with the LIVING ROOM which provides a propane fireplace for extra warmth, 65' Smart TV, large leather recliner couch, loveseat and chair. Also, a family/game room. You will need a Pennsylvania State Fishing License in order to be able to fish. Fishing regulations are displayed at the lakes. ☆All community amenities are included with your stay ☆Access to these amenities would require badges which are provided for you at the house. Accept lakes, pools, beaches, kids playgrounds,tennis courts. The badges need to be returned to where were they taken.If not returned,you will be charged $ 20 for each badges . Children under 6 do not need badges. ☆In the summer months stop by in joy our swimming and fishing lake. The main lake is located near the house, only a 5 minute walk. And Boulder lake 3 min drive (by car). The pools are a 5 minute drive (by car). Direction signs are displayed at intersection to guide you to the pools, tennis courts and basketball court. Pools are open from Memorial day-Labor day. ☆In the winter time the Mine lake has skating space, just head to sigh the waver form in the office nearby. You must to have own ice skates. ☆Тhere is no public transportation throughout the community.
