The space Visit Oberlin and enjoy the ambiance of a small, college-town. Our home is a comfortable, recently renovated, ranch-style house, nestled in a quiet neighborhood about a half a mile from downtown and Oberlin College campus. The property offers the benefit of a quiet location with very walkable routes to campus and downtown. For those who prefer to drive, there is off-street parking for several cars. Our place is ideal for college visits, attending conservatory programs and performances, college sports events and family getaways. Working professionals are also welcome. Feel free to contact us regarding longer stays. The house can comfortably sleep five. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and black-out curtains are available. A queen-sized living room sleeper sofa and a Futon in the den/study round out our places to sleep. The open concept cooking and dining area includes a large, expandable, dining table with seats for up to six. In addition to standard appliances and dishwasher, An amply equipped kitchen includes. 1. Full size, gas oven 2. Pots and pans 3. Wok 4. Microwave oven 5. Toaster oven 6. Slow cooker 7. Waffle iron 8. Keurig coffee maker 9. Blender 10. Charcoal grill (available May through September) A washer (includes a complimentary supply of detergent) and dryer are provided. An iron, full size ironing board, and hair dryer help to prepare you for your day. The house is equipped with a 70 inch, theater size, smart TV, high speed internet and board games for your entertainment. The property has a large backyard with seating and yard games. There is also a charcoal grill for your use. You will have to provide your own charcoal. We think you'll find it perfect for small gatherings and celebrations. We are committed to the Airbnb Enhanced Cleaning process. There is an air purifier on site. This is a shoeless house. Please bring indoor slippers or house shoes to wear inside the premises. We accept bookings with a minimum of 24 hours between guests. If you require same day booking on a day that is unavailable, please contact us and we might be able to accommodate you.
