Modern Townhome in Downtown Aiken

Kline Cottage - a modern townhome just minutes to historic downtown Aiken and the horse district. The space Designed to feel like your home away from home, this townhome has an open floorplan downstairs, with a sectional couch and large tv in the living room (HBO, Netflix). Dining table seats 4. There is also a full laundry room and half-bath downstairs. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a small office area. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet with a dresser, and a queen bed with a Purple mattress (very comfortable after a day in the saddle!). The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full bed - these bedrooms share a full bathroom. The upstairs also has small office enclave with a desk (that you can turn into a standing desk) and a printer if you need to work during your stay. Please note, if you have young children, the TV on the console is not secured to the wall. While it is sturdy, there is always some risk it could be knocked over and caused injury. Please contact me in advance if you have concerns and I can provide safety precaution measures. Parking is in the driveway, not on the street. While there is a garage, it is used for storage at this time. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet. Please read the Additional House Rules regarding taking full responsibility for your pet. The home does not have a fenced backyard and pets should be on a leash when outside for their safety and the safety of other pet owners in the neighborhood. Guest access Parking- there is room for 2 cars/trucks in the driveway, please do not park on the street. There is a garage but it is being used for storage. If you need special accommodations for parking please reach out to me. Entry. Once you book your stay you will have access via this app to the key code to the front door. This code locks and unlocks the door.
