Welcome to Tamarac Cabin on Lake Flower in Saranac Lake. This unique 3BR/2 Bath cabin is perfect for 4, 6 or 8*. Appointed in classic Adirondack style this fully winterized cozy waterfront cabin has a full kitchen, living room and private hot tub. Just 25' to the lakefront this modified A frame has its own sandy beach and access to over 50 miles of contiguous lakes and waterways, via Oseetah, Kiwassa, Lower and Middle Saranac Lakes. * Extra guest fee per guest for more than 6. An Adirondack gem. The space Tamarac Cabin at Colden Lodge is a very cozy waterfront cabin with plenty of room for 2, 4, 6, or 8 people comfortably. The cabin is priced for 6 guests and there is an extra charge per guest per night AFTER six people. The ground floor offers a full kitchen, full bathroom, sofa, and love seat. There is a dining room table that seats 5 and 3 counter bar stools. 4 burner propane stove and full kitchen with microwave, toaster and fridge. There is also a washer and dryer in the lower bathroom. The lower bedroom has a queen bed with two night tables and lamps, dresser and a small closet. There is an upstairs full bathroom with shower only, two upstairs bedrooms each with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Lakeside is less than 25 feet away from the front door so dont run out the front door to fast or you'll get wet quick. Tandem Kayaks and Paddle boats are available free of charge May 1 to Oct 15 due to low water temperatures in the low 40's and the dangers associated with hypothermia. Life Jackets are also available. GUEST NOTE REGARDING PETS: We have a pet fee of $75.00/ pet. Please read the full policy under OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE GUEST NOTE REGARDING SPECIAL AMENITIES: Due to the possible potential for electrical surges and current supply chain limitations that are beyond our control we cannot offer any refunds on hot tub outages or other special amenities greater than $25.00/ day. We do everything in our power to provide guests with all of our listed amenities, but we just cannot plan for the unplannable beyond a reasonable expectation. While we try to keep in stock at all times back up electronics, pumps and serviceable parts we just cannot be held to further financial liability if for whatever reason a motor or circuit panel fails during your stay. Its only happened once in 1.5 years but it has happened. We hope you understand. Guest access Colden Lodge is located in a quiet bedroom community. Please respect our neighbors privacy. Quite time from 10PM to 7AM is greatly appreciated. Angle in parking street side is available for up to two vehicles. If you need more space we can probably accommodate you but please ask in advance. Access to Tamarac when there is no threat of snow is down the driveway in provided parking area. In winter or when there is snow parking is topside. From street top to cabin entrance is about 150 feet down the driveway. We do everything we can to sand and salt the driveway in winter but this walk down can be slippery during weather transitions.
