The summer for free! The majority of this cabin property is fenced and is a pet friendly. Guest access The entire cabin yard and patios are yours to enjoy. This mountain cabin is fully equipped for you to feel at home. Other things to note This cabin is located in the canyon. It is right off the winding canyon road. If you are a light sleeper- you may hear traffic noise. There are fans in the loft to help or earplugs in the bathroom cabinet. Though the cabin has a HVAC system, you may find that it gets a bit drafty in the winter time. I have supplied extra space heaters for your comfort. Definitely a slippers on the feet, coffee in hand type of place in the winter months. In the winter, the cabin front driveway is plowed when the snow is above 1.5”. All back porches are not plowed/shoveled and will be snow covered. Please be aware that the cabin is located in the mountain canyon and in the woods! The cabin shares outside space with plenty of wildlife! Be aware of this as you spend your time outside during the day, evening and night. You may see the occasional squirrel, snake, deer, moose, bat, wasps, spiders, beaver, birds etc. Please respect their space and be aware of your surroundings! We love that these critters and animals come to visit the outdoor space and realize that we are the ones invading their space/not the other way around! A portion of the cabin’s backyard is the Ogden River! If you are visiting during the months of April-June you may find the river is high and swift and the bottom flagstone patio will most often be water covered. Please watch your kids and pets closely as the water during these spring peak seasons is not safe to play by or in.
