The main level floor has in floor radiant heat, so is cozy and warm in the winter - and the house has AC and cool cement floor in the summer. There are stunning, direct views of the San Juan Mountains in the back yard space, which features a grill and picnic table - AND the property has a great view of the July 4th fireworks! No need to go anywhere but out the door to enjoy the show! There is also a fun sledding hill to the back/side of the property. Hilltop Haus hosts are also available to reserve various concierge services upon request: gear rentals, local tour opportunities, private chef services, catering, groceries, etc. Please reach out after booking for quotes on specific requests. Guest access There are two designated parking spaces for the property, with additional labeled visitor parking available. Other things to note Within 0.4-1.5 miles from restaurants, shops, grocery, hiking and biking trails, sledding hills, ice rink, parks, and more! Your family can walk or bike to most places, and there is also a local taxi service if you prefer the night out with a designated driver! The property is located downtown with close neighbors, so we encourage our guests to be respectful and follow our town's quiet hours.
