Our goal is to make your stay a relaxing one! The space First floor waterfront condominium with incredible lake views from the living room and primary bedroom. Sparkling pool just outside the front door. Extremely comfortable king size bed with memory foam mattress in the primary bedroom with designated workspace (laptop friendly) and an en suite bathroom. Queen bed with memory foam mattress and twin bunk beds in the front bedroom. Secondary full size bathroom with tub/shower combination and full size washer/dryer. Sleeper sofa has upgraded queen memory foam mattress. Room darkening curtains in all rooms and smart tv's in both bedrooms & living room. Outside patio overlooks the lake with shade throughout the day, and dining set provides perfect location for sunrise coffee or happy hour cocktail. The condo is walking distance to the Walden Yacht Club and Breakwater Grille; .9 miles to Walden Racquet Club; 1.3 miles to Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Club; 3 miles to Margaritaville. Keep your boat tied at the bulkhead during your stay, and great fishing can be found right off the bulkhead. Gorgeous lake views, and year-round activities and live music at Walden Yacht Club/Breakwater Grille or in nearby Montgomery or Conroe make this the perfect location for a fun filled or relaxing vacation. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condominium, other than two locked owner's closets. Guest will have access to the condominium pool and BBQ pits. FREE parking onsite (2 parking permits provided inside the unit). Boat trailers are not allowed to park at the Condominium (towing is enforced), but a boat ramp parking permit will be provided to the guest (please let owner know at time of booking if you are bringing a boat so the permits can be acquired prior to your arrival). Key card provided, which allows guest access to the pool at Walden Yacht Club (lap pool, splash pad, and kiddie wading pool), as well as 10% off dining at the Yacht Club. Other things to note Because of it's (amazing) lakefront location, it is not directly accessed from parking lot. A wagon will be provided to assist with transporting luggage, groceries, etc. The unit itself also has 4 steps separating front bedroom/bathroom from the rest of the unit (handrail on one side), so please consider this if mobility is limited. Living room and Primary bedroom both have sliding door access to the lake. There is no protective barrier between the unit and the open lake. Please bring your own life vests, they are not provided. 2 Parking Permits and Keycard are provided for guest use, but must be left in unit upon check-out. Failure to return will result in a $25 (per item) charge to the guest.
