Location, location, location! 15 min bus to UofW. 5 min walk to St. Marys hospital, grocery, LCBO, pharmacies, McD/Timmies/Subway/A&W/Shawarma, and walking/biking trails. 10 min drive to the universities, malls, Communitech, DT Kitchener, Uptown Waterloo, and more. The space This is a basement unit. You have your own private entrance at the back of the house. Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. As this is a basement unit, it will feel colder (especially with AC on in the summer). This may not be suitable for people who feel cold easily Other things to note Please note that this is the lower unit of a house so there is some potential for noise from upstairs and bulk heads in parts of the basement that result in lower ceiling height. Noise includes running water, footsteps, and some talking. Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. As this is a basement unit, it will feel colder (especially with AC on in the summer). This may not be suitable for people who feel cold easily Laundry Room – this will be the only shared amenity. It is only available for stays longer than 4 nights. We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping. By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property. We have arranged for snow removal. However, we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property. Our contractors and per city requirements, we have 24 hours from snow fall to clear the snow and when the city plow comes through is outside of our control. Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason.
