It's a quiet and lovely neighborhood, and we are three houses from the beach. Sunsets! The house was built by my grandparents in 1969. It is our home and carries sentimental significance. Please be respectful. Guest access Getting around the island by bike is great. Bring water, sunblock, etc. and be prepared for hills. The driveway easily fits two/three cars.
