Welcome to Henrietta’s by the Harbor. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of living space! A huge, recently remodeled fully fenced backyard, with cement patio + attached deck make this home great for outdoor entertainment! You are in the heart of downtown- 2 blocks from the Washington St. The walk along the Grand River starts at your front door & will take you all the way to the South Pier and beautiful Lake Michigan- stop for ice cream and shopping along the way! The space Henrietta’s is on a quiet street 2 blocks from all the action of Downtown Grand Haven! There is room for for 2-3 cars to park in the driveway and additional safe spots on the same side of the street if needed. Walk right into a fully stocked, well equipped kitchen which has everything you need to prepare a meal for many to enjoy. There is a coffee maker (no Keurig). There will be salt, pepper and a small variety of other spices in the kitchen, but absolutely nothing will be in the refrigerator- bring your own ketchup and mustard for that BBQ! There is a full bathroom with bathtub as you continue straight off the kitchen, which leads into a main level Queen bedroom. The large family room and dining room take up the rest of the main level, with plenty of seating around the ROKU TV. The buffet in the dining room is full of cards and games for the whole family to enjoy. 2 additional bedrooms (Queen and 2 twin bed-room) and one full bathroom are upstairs and carpeted. The back yard is fully fenced for you and your furry friends to enjoy! Dogs are welcome but please be kind to our property and clean up after them and please do not leave them alone in the home. Guest access Key code Front Door Entry: Make sure you check the instructions on the DAY OF your arrival, we change the code frequently. Other things to note We provide linens for the beds and towels for bathing. Please bring extra beach towels and blankets to use outside of the house. We ask you please leave our linens in the house. We have a small variety of spices (salt, pepper, sugar) for your use. We do not leave anything in the fridge. We have a drip coffee maker, please bring your own coffee to brew.
