Lifts and slopes are very close and accessed without driving or paid transportation—a very short walk from the rental house. The space Large, warm, open living/dining/kitchen great room with views up the mountain, into the woods, and with frequent wildlife viewing out the windows. Main house has two suited bedrooms with private baths, plus a private hot tub. Additional lower level king bedroom and bunk room share the third full bath. The house is tastefully appointed with fully furnished kitchens, bedding, linens, laundry, fireplaces, fine art, games, and other essentials. There’s an attached, heated, two-car garage with boot heaters, and plenty of space for gear storage. ALL SPACES ARE FAMILY-FRIENDLY AND THIS HOST OFFERS FLEXIBLE BOOKING OPTIONS. We do have someone with allergies in our household; and therefore, cannot accept every type of animal. The dog should be traveling with its owner, house trained, in good health, spayed/neutered, and have lived with and in dog owner’s household for the most recent two years. Sorry, no pups or recent adoptees (they’re still getting to know you and/or our world); however, we’d love to welcome you back with them in a year or two. If you’re not sure, please ask. The dog must be housebroken and may not be left unattended in the rental. •••Service/Support Animal’s (please review above terms as they will apply). Unfortunately there are those who would make it harder for legitimate service/support animal owners. Therefore, we appreciate your careful review of these terms which comply with Airbnb‘s policies. We will not require information on any individual’s disability. However at the time of booking, please provide information on what work or task the animal has been trained to perform, which guest this animal will be assisting, and if there’s any potential allergen issues that we should discuss prior to confirming your reservation. The animal must be housebroken and may not be left unattended in the rental. Laws support that failure to accurately disclose pet or service/support animal’s information may result in forfeiture of reservation and deposit; anytime, from between inquiry up to and during stay. •••Events, parties, larger vehicles, and additional guests permitted with advance, written approval only. •••Smoking permitted outside, away from open windows/doors, not in garage, and all smoking refuse to be properly extinguished in approved disposal receptacles. •••Seasonal Amenities, Blackouts, and Off Season Closures. The pools, hot tubs, fitness, and spa access are typically unavailable for the week beginning December 26th. They may also be unavailable for a few weeks in the Fall and Spring shoulder seasons. This Fall (2021) these amenities will be unavailable from 24OCT-26NOV. Many other seasonal activities and businesses are closed or offer limited services during shoulder season.
