Private but close to everything. Our home is 2 miles to Downtown Johnson City, 3/4 mile to ETSU, 1 mile to the VA. Close to Buffalo Mountain for hiking and all the wonderful eateries and pubs downtown. Enjoy the quiet with deer and trees surrounding our end of street, private location. The space The room is upstairs in our home and is spacious with a comfortable queen bed. The SHARED bathroom has a jetted tub and walk in shower just down the hall. We have a small fridge and a keurig with coffee, creamer and sugar in the room. Guests are welcome house the kitchen and guests staying over 3 nights can also use the washer/dryer. During your stay Ron and/or I will greet you when you arrive and give you a key code for the door so you can come and go as needed without any worry. We are on premises and available for questions or anything you need. Other things to note The bathroom may be shared at times if other guests have booked the King Room.
