The space This house has a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, salt & pepper 2 Full bathrooms, a dining room, a sitting room with a fireplace, a separate living room with TV (Netflix) and a work station. Sleeping Arrangements: 3 large bedrooms on 2 ends of the house, perfect for 2 families. * 2 queen bedrooms, each with a queen bed * The third bedroom with a single over single bunk bed, better suited for children / teens than larger adults). * There's a rollaway bed stored in the closet of the 3rd bedroom. * The TV room sofa can fold down into 2 beds, 1 double sized and 1 single sized High speed internet for those that can't leave some work behind. Central AC for maximum comfort. The waterfront is a dream, with new stairs, dock, 2 adult kayaks, 2 kids kayaks, and paddle boards. A large picnic table and BBQ, if you want to cook / eat outdoors. A firepit on a stone patio for evenings. A porch, a deck, facing the shore, for just sitting and relaxing. Guest access Entire bungalow, and the entire lot and waterfront. The property is for your sole use during your rental period. Other things to note Sheets / Towels provided. Bring your own beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, provided. Water shoes / Crocs recommended when accessing shallow areas of the lake. There are 2 security cameras, one pointing towards the driveway, the other pointing towards the backyard / shore. Neither will affect your privacy. Their is parking for 3 vehicles on top of the driveway at street level (private parking, not street parking). There is room for 2 vehicles on the bottom of the driveway. However, the driveway is steep. We recommend guests park at the top. Guests are responsible for all damages should they choose to drive down the driveway.
