This is a 3 bed/2 bath house located in a cul-de-sac. The master bedroom has a king bed and other rooms have queen beds. The location is great - United grocery store is within walking distance, Walmart and several restaurants are just down the road, and a 12 minute drive to Texas Tech. Amenities include: coffee machine with complementary coffee and hot chocolate, propane barbeque, washer & dryer, cable television, high speed internet, pack n' play and baby monitor upon request & filtered water. The space When you enter through the front door, you will come into an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen space. There is an isolated master bedroom on one side of the home and two bedrooms to the left as you enter the home. The laundry room is located to the right as you enter the home. Guest access The entire home is available for use except for the garage. You can still park your car in the driveway. There is space to fit two cars. Other things to note The backyard is equipped with a propane barbeque grill. Cable television is available and a smart TV to allow access to streaming services. We also have a pack and play and baby monitor available upon request.
