Walk to the Rotunda! Delightful home on Rugby Road

Relax in our quiet home just past the action of Rugby Road; an easy walk to Rotunda/central grounds (We are VERY close to ARCH/ARTS grounds). *Current addition almost complete. Pics of new bedroom and bathrooms coming soon! Delight in this relaxing space with fresh local flowers from our urban farm in every room, toiletries in all 4 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the provided FREE simple breakfast or walk down to Bodo's on the corner in no time. 3 off-street parking spaces! The space This is our private family home that we host for select dates only. While we will make our home immaculate for you, our stuff will still be here (fridge/drawers/closets). There is an empty coat rack in each bedroom for hanging clothes and space for luggage. Please help yourself to toiletries in both bathrooms! Simple breakfast provided: coffee/tea, granola/yogurt, cereal/milk Accessibility: Only two steps at back entrance. Pull your car up the sloping driveway to enter french doors to the main space. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower (no grab bar) and a full sleeper sofa on the first floor. We love to cook and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and avoid the lines/cost/and crowds and take your time with each other. Or get some local takeout and stretch out at the dining table (seats 6 but if you need to seat 8 we can leave out the leaf and extra chairs). First floor beds and bath: -Comfortable full size pull-out sofa -Full (but small) bathroom with walk-in shower. Please do not use the indoor fireplace. There is a great Solo Stove fire pit on the back patio that we welcome you to use! Second floor beds and bath: -Bedroom with full bed and ensuite full bath (additon almost done/pics coming soon) -Bedroom with full bed and adjacent full bath -Primary bedroom with ensuite full bath with 2 vanities and walk-in shower (pics coming soon) -Laundry closet in hallway Kitchen/great room: Full of natural light. Great spot to hang out together for a drink before/after the graduation festivities, football games, moving, etc. Cooking equipment and dining ware, pantry basics, and a few snacks for guests! Plenty of board games, chess, kids toys and books (upon request/otherwise we will tuck them away) Feel free to use the whole house with the exception of basement and all closets, where we store our personal belongings Outdoor: quiet outdoor patio with seating and firepit, fresh herbs and flowers (when in season). Please let us know if you plan to use the grill and/or fire pit and we will make sure there is propane and plenty of firewood. We are currently updating the patio and garden and will post pictures soon! Guest access Our home is walkable to the Rotunda/Central Grounds right down Rugby Road. It is a slightly longer but manageable walk to the new Dairy Central Market with LOCAL restaurants! A long walk or a short drive takes you to Barracks Road shopping center and the Downtown Mall. There are 3 off-street parking spaces in in the driveway: 2 side-by-side, and a 3rd if you pull past the gate. It would be possible to pull 2 small/compact cars forward for a total of 4 spaces, but we ask that you NOT PARK ON THE STREET as it is permit-parking that our neighbors need. The front door (steps) and back door (driveway/small steps) both have key pads. Other things to note This is a quiet street. While we are in very close proximity to student housing on Rugby Road, our neighborhood has young families and retired couples who appreciate your respecting the quiet atmosphere with regards to gatherings/music/etc.
