Looking for a unique getaway that mixes comfort with a touch of outdoor fun? Tucked away on a peaceful street just a stone's throw from downtown Twin Falls, our cozy, lower-level unit is the perfect basecamp for your adventure. You’ll enter through a fenced-in private yard leading to rear entrance, descend 10 steps, and step into your bright, airy haven. The unit is all yours—no shared spaces—just cozy vibes, a king bed, 2 twin beds, and even a tent for some extra fun! You’ll find everything you need for a stress-free stay: a full bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave (no stove), and a newly added sink for convenience. Plus, enjoy high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, washer/dryer, and plenty of personal products to make you feel at home. The space stays cool all year, but we’ve got space heaters to warm things up if you like. While you’re tucked away below, you may hear some campers or wildlife above. The comfy setup sleeps up to 6 guests, with 3 private bedrooms and a pull-out sofa. The king bed offers restful nights, and a modern desk gives you a great spot to work from home. 2 new twin beds and a padded 2-person tent offer a great space for the kids to hang out, or for your inner-child to rest while looking at the stars (on the ceiling provided by our night light). Up to 2 dogs are welcome with the pet fee. Just read the house rules for the full pet policy! Important note: You’ll need to be able to descend 10 stairs to enter the unit. This lower-level unit is completely private with no shared spaces but keep in mind there’s a separate upstairs unit. All units have their own entrances, and we kindly ask you respect quiet hours (10pm-7am). Also, the thermostat that controls the heat and AC is located in the upper unit. We typically keep the house between 68-74 and are able to make adjustments remotely. We also have space heaters and fans in the closet for your use. The Great Indoors is close to Downtown Twin Falls, retail spots, restaurants, and the College of Southern Idaho—everything you need for a fun, convenient getaway!
