Bed and breakfast in Grovetown

We are a family of five with kids ages 4,6.5, & 9. We have 1 super friendly Springer Spaniel dog that is 2.5 years old, who does not usually bark. We love having guests but will not be in your space. I will have oatmeal and english muffins in the morning and of course you are welcome to coffee. I think you will find that our house is very welcoming and usually filled with laughter. The space Our guest room is located on the second floor down a hallway, so you are secluded and not directly beside other bedrooms. The stairs are located near the kitchen, so you will be walking through the foyer and living room to get to the stairs. The bedroom has a private bathroom located within the bedroom, along with 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, a desk, and a walk in closet. Our backyard has plenty of space to run around and lots of things for kids to play with. Other things to note We ask that after 8pm you do not do anything that would create a loud noise due to our sons going to bed.
