Enjoy the Gulf breezes and sound of the waves from the furnished deck! Flip Flops & Tank Tops is also just a short walk or ride to the beach. The open living and kitchen area features comfy seating, a large television, modern appliances, and ample room for dining and meal prep. The granite bar has seating for 5. The home has high speed internet and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the third bedroom also has 2 queen beds. There is plenty of room to sleep 10! Downstairs you'll find a fish cleaning station, along with a bar, built in picnic table, and charcoal grill. It's a great shaded place to enjoy the company of family and friends! Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
