Walk out to the covered patio and enjoy the views and the running water stream aka "Rio Chico" for relaxation. Basketball court for the kids and adults. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Inground firepit with natural stones as the seating area just bring the wood or use what is left behind. Sorry, but the pool is not available and off-limits. Bedrooms are located upstairs; the Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with a tub and heated tile floors. The shared bathroom has heated tiled floors as well. The 2nd bedroom has a daybed with trundled and access to the walkout deck, enjoy the mountain views. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share pocket wall doors to divide the space where the bunk beds are located, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed.
