Many Ranch Animals ! 1 cat, 2 dogs are inside The Bohemi Room, on the 2nd floor. Rm Size: 10.5' x 12.5' The Full Bath-shower/tub, shared with 1 guest House rooms shared- Liv. Din. Kit. The space The Bohemi room, is a private room on the second floor of our house. Size: 12.5' x 11.5' There is a large open landing room, with a large nook for a desk & comfortable work area. There is a Full bath that serves, the 2 bedrooms of the second Floor level. The Bath usually serves 2 guests. Guest access The Bohemi Room, is on the second floor our large home. Once inside, go up the 8 stairs a few feet, on the left from our front door. The shared full bathroom is on your right. Hand Soap, Lotion and Mouthwash are provided, as well as, your particular guest drinking glass, to use during your visit. Body towels, Hand towels and Face clothes are readily available. For the shower or bath we provide, Shampoo, Cream Rinse and Body Wash. Also, for Baths... Candles and Bath Salts. For consideration of others, it is easiest for guests to keep their personal toiletries, in their individual rooms. The maximum number of guests, using the bathroom would be 4 people. We do have alternative spaces available that have private bathrooms, if that is a concern. Just inquire and I will share a link. Besides the 2nd floor, Coffee / Tea Bar, We share our Living room, Kitchen and Dining room, Deck, Grilling and Garden area. With our Single room guests. When appropriate we love creating meals with our guests and sharing the costs. During your stay We love to give a hearty Hello! A Caring Greeting but we won't to be Intrusive. Typically, we are as social as, you, like to be. We may chat but if your are preoccupied, we understand. We are usually present, managing the ranch, doing chores or a project. We love guests who like to learn and help out but we don't expect that. Sometimes it's fun, just to have company while doing chores. We enjoy going about our business and hearing people, laughing and enjoying our space, makes us feel good. It justifies all the effort we invest, in the maintenance of our property and care of our animals. We sometimes, coordinate meals with guests and share costs. We take cues from our guests. If they are social, we're social. We enjoy the company of many of our guests but we're not pushy and we're definitely busy people! I enjoy interacting with our horses & people, teaching people about horses. Registration Details Exempt
