Simple, homey, private space on the second floor of my 100 y/o home. Bellevue offers the simple pleasures of a small town (shops, restaurants, both beer and bourbon brewery) with the convenience of Cincinnati in walking distance: 2 miles to Great American Ball Park, a bit more to PayCor and TQL Stadiums, Cincy concert and OTR. 1 mile to Newport Levee, Aquarium and the new concert venue. Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view. Guest access Guests have access to rooms shown and yard. Other things to note * I live in the home on the first floor. There are no other renters in the home other than you. *Off street parking and private entrance. *It's an older house so floors are creaky (for your information. this does not bother me in any way.) *The house has central air and heat. The Airbnb space has either a portable AC unit or electric fireplace (depending on the season) for additional comfort. *quiet time after 9:30 pm simply means no loud music or TV. It does not mean comings and goings after this time as this is expected. * Any child, regardless of age, must be specifically discussed and agreed upon with host.
