Adorable one bedroom apartment in a family friendly walking neighborhood close to downtown, stadiums and casino! The space This charming 1907 home on a quiet dead end street was converted years ago into three separate units. This unit is on the third story and features a comfortable queen sized bed and one bright, newly tiled bathroom. The warm living room welcomes you in with comfy Ethan Allen sofa, cozy chairs and smart tv. Off the living room is the adorable kitchen equipped with all the essentials including a Cuisinart drip coffee maker. This unit is a perfect getaway when you return from all the sights Pittsburgh has to offer! Guest access There is shared laundry in the basement and a shared backyard space. We are a 10 min walk to Lincoln ave which is the main street in Bellevue. It’s full of awesome little mom and pop businesses my favorite of which is T&M hardware store! There’s also an ice cream shop, brewery, bars, taco and Thai restaurants, a pinball arcade, donut shop, cafe and yoga studio. Other things to note Please note there is a strict “No Party” policy. Guests who are found to host a party will incur a $500 fine. Guests staying longer than 21 days will need to sign a lease, provide a deposit and id. This unit is on the third story and is reachable only by stairs. There are two other units in this building.
