Relax at this peaceful studio in Mastic Beach. Private entrance and newly renovated private bathroom. Warm cozy studio, just enough Space for one or two guests. When entering the studio, it’s entered from the right side of the house, through the gate, leading you to the studio. Private parking lot. No shoes allowed in the studio(COVID-19)and no smoking. I only allow cats along with their litter box,water and food container. Please don’t throw toilet paper and feminine products in the toilet. You can put the key on the table and leave the door unlocked. There’s AC, heat and fan available seasonally. Thank you 😊
