The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Public beach access, nightlife, restaurants and bay are all between 25 meter to 160 meter walk. Enjoy South Padre Island to the fullest. Enjoy the seasonal fireworks display from the property without having to leave the property or worry about parking. The condo features 4 queen sized beds and a day bed that sleep a total of 10 people comfortably. Beach, sun and fun could not be anymore convenient. The space Top floor has a balcony exclusive to top-floor guests. Entrance is keypad-entry. Living room is the first room as you walk in with a wall-mounted smart TV. The living room has two couches and a day bed/sofa sleeper that has an additional bed that rolls out from underneath. Next room is a fully functional kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. Down the hall, first door to the left is the first full bathroom with fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. At the end of the hall, you have the guest bedroom on the right with 2 queen-sized beds. On the left, you have the main bedroom, also with 2 Queen-sized beds and another full bathroom. This unit is very spacious and completely remodeled. The pool is great for everyone to cool off from the hot sun and relax. It’s approximately 5’ deep at its deepest, and offers shallow area that’s perfect depth for the kids! We have some grills, and outdoor games like giant connect four, corn hole, and giant jenga as well as some outdoor furniture. We turn on the pool heater in the winter so that the water is at a comfortable temperature. Guest access The property has two units. Top floor and balcony are exclusively for top-floor guests. Back yard is a common area for both units. BBQ pit is available upon request and will be available downstairs in the backyard and/or underneath the balcony.
