The back family room offers even more space to unwind, with a sleeper sofa, electric lift recliner, cozy fireplace, desk, and a selection of board games, toys, and books for kids. Patio doors include privacy/light-blocking shades. 🍽 Fully Equipped Eat-In Kitchen The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances (gas range, dishwasher) and all the essentials for cooking and dining at home — cookware, baking sheets, spices, coffee maker, Keurig, K-cups, toaster oven, and more. The dining table seats six, with extra folding chairs available. Guest access Guests will have access to the house and yard. Although the garage is attached to the house, guests will not have access to it (unless specific arrangements with the host have been made). Please note: the yard is not fully fenced. Guests are encouraged to park in the driveway. The driveway is large and can accommodate up to 4 vehicles comfortably. We ask you not to block the sidewalk and to avoid parking in the street when possible. Local laws restrict parking for more than 8 hours on the street (without moving), and we do have a neighbor who will call in vehicles to the police for violating this rule from time to time. It is worth mentioning that the driveway is at an incline (approximately 15°). It's never been a problem for our guests, we do our best to stay on top of ice and snow in the winter, and even large trucks and trailers have parked/ backed in successfully. Other things to note We (the hosts) live directly next door to this property. As result, we do keep an eye out and are available to assist in a pinch almost immediately. The property is monitored externally by cameras, this is for your safety and ours. The cameras are not located on the Airbnb property, but on our adjoining one, facing the house. We do respect our guest's privacy and usually keep to ourselves. We do require full names of adults staying at the property and ages of any children. While you stay, we will NOT enter the property to change linens or clean. We may need to come to do exterior yard work and maintenance This includes raking leaves, shoveling snow, fence repair, etc. We may need access to the shed on the property as well (it is a ways back from the house and should not interfere with your enjoyment of the house at all). Animals are welcome in our house. The pet fee is $50 per pet, with a 3 pet maximum. Please note: - Additional funds for more than 1 pet will be requested upon booking (Airbnb does not automatically charge it, guests will need to approve the additional funds request). - The backyard is NOT fully fenced. - Pets are not allowed on the furniture. - When pets are left alone, they must be in crates (I don't provide crates; guests must bring their own). - Species apart from dogs are subject to our approval. Absolutely no cats or birds. The driveway is at an incline (approximately 15°).
