Hidden Gem - waterfront home on the Colorado river.On the town side,bit of a change to the beach road homes. It has gorgeous porch to soak in river views,enjoy the sunset & fishingwith your family. Private dock and lighted pier with fish cleaning station. 3 bedroom and 3 full baths in all, 2 huge master bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Game room with pool table and AC. Tv in each room with WiFi to bring your favorite entertainment. Quick drive to the amazing Matagorda beach! The space DOCK Private dock for the house. Great fishing in Colorado river near to ICW branch off. Night lights for great fishing in the night. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The house has 3 bedrooms of which 2 have attached bathrooms with wall in showers and king beds. The beds get special mention from our guests as one of the best . The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk (twin) bed. Third bathroom is accessible from all parts of the house. We have made sure to make the beds comfortable for a great night sleep after a day at thebeach or fishing. FRONT PORCH The front porch is long and has furnitures for relaxing and enjoying the view. The view with bird sounds and the water splitting with every boat is a sight like nothing else. KITCHEN Kitchen is spacious and is equipped to cook and serve up to 8 ppl. There is a keurig to enjoy your favorite flavor of coffee! The living area has a sofa with a pullout bed and two single sofa to make a conversation set. GAME ROOM The garage has been updated into a beautiful game room creating another space for family and friends to have fun. The game room has a pool table and has views of the river,allowing you to play and mingle with family while watching the boats go by on the river. Ac and comfortable sofa beds allow for additional guests to stay here if needed. TV All rooms and living room has TVs. Bring your entertainment to enjoy in Tv. The TV in the master (back of the house) has a lot of channels through Visio. The TV in the bunk bed room has fire stick. The TV in the living area has Netflix and Amazon prime. OUTDOOR Picnic set up with a Fire pit and park grill. Picnic bench to enjoy the grilled food and marshmallows watching he river and/or fishing in the night. PRIVATE DOCK The private dock is great for fishing. We have a crab cage to drop for crabbing. The fishing station is on the dock for your use PARKING Parking is in front of the garage. Up to 3 vehicles and a boat trailer can be easily parked . Guest access Park in front of the garage. No access to garage. Boat can be docked in the private dock. Please be responsible not to block the way for the neighbors while parking in front of the garage. Other things to note Pet Fee : We are pet family and the property is pet friendly. We have a charge of 35$ for one pet for the trip and 65$ for more than one for the whole trip. WiFi WiFi details will be provided with check in information. Water safety Guests are responsible for their and their children’s safety on the dock . Absolutely no swimming close to the dock or the river . It is not safe. There may be alligators in the river. Be aware of surrounding and please read about Colorado river and other bays in matagorda before venturing into the bays if you are new to the area. Chairs We have chairs to use around the fire pit near the side fence. Security Cameras We have a ring camera on the door. One camera facing the parking lot and one on the patio pillar facing the dock.
