The space 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining rom, and living room (with TV). Separate entrance to this unit from the front of the house, as well as the side of the house (via the back yard). Guest access The entire second floor of the building is yours. No need to arrange a time to meet us for access -- you can let yourself in. Easy! *and also, we LOVE meeting our guests too :) Other things to note This house was build in 1913. It’s well over a hundred years old, and from time to time it’s been known to see the occasional mouse or bug. We do our best to keep em out, but with the changing of seasons & this old house it’s not always possible. You may find traps set upon arrival. This is us continuing to do our part. There is shared off-street parking, and a shared fenced in back yard. First floor of the property has full-time occupants.
