Our little Gem is located a few steps, from the Beautiful Bay, Pool, and Hammocks. You will take in gorgeous sunsets, while relaxing on the bay side hammocks, breathing in the salty water breeze! There is also a Play Ground, Basketball Court and Tennis Court to enjoy! Come and get castaway in the most desirable destination Florida has to offer, Key Largo! The space 1st Room - Full Size Bed - Private Room Sofa Bed - Queen Size Bed - Family room Bunk Room - 1 Large Twin, 2 Regular Size Twins - Private Room Gorgeous wooden deck, fully equipped with coach area and TV Additional outside sitting area with Full Kitchen, Fridge, Stove, and Cabinets Outside Shower - Behind the Shed Laundry Mat: A laundromat is located in the building near the community pool. You’ll need to download an app to pay, which is very user-friendly, with instructions provided. Each wash and dry costs $2.50. Please bring your own detergent. Guest access There will be public parking inside the community. Vehicle parking will be $10.00 paid directly to Calusa Campground at time of check in. Other things to note PLEASE READ: 1- The check in office will charge $10.00 upon your arrival. 2- The outdoor kitchen faucet is sensor-activated. Pull the handle and wave your hand in front of the sensor on the faucet to turn it on. 3- No smoking inside the RV or porch. Smoking allowed only at the front near the golf cart and at the back in the BBQ area. 4- No more than 6 Guest 5- No Pets 6- Two kayaks are available for your use at no additional cost. 7- Golf cart rental is available at a rate based on the number of days reserved. LARGE BBQ ISLAND: Two gas tanks are provided for the BBQ. If the tanks are empty upon your arrival, it is the guest’s responsibility to refill one for personal use. If a tank is already filled, the previous guest kindly paid it forward. For refills, simply bring the empty tank to the front gate; security will exchange it for a full one for approximately $20. BOAT AND JET SKI'S: Boats and jet skis are welcome on the lot. The maximum boat length allowed is 21 feet. To accommodate the trailer and boat, the two blue lounge chairs will need to be moved. The front office is responsible for providing guests with the most up-to-date information on docking, ramp access, and parking regulations. To register your boat, the front office will charge a one-time fee of $25 for your stay. You'll receive a registration sticker for both the boat and trailer at that time. GOLF CART RENTAL: If you’d like to rent the golf cart, please inquire about the cost. Only individuals with a valid driver’s license are permitted to operate the golf cart, this rule is strictly enforced. Any violations will result in a charge to the guest. Please respect all speed bumps, as driving too fast can damage the cart. We kindly ask that you treat the golf cart with care and consideration during your stay.
