Outside shower! • Fire pit! The space Just renovated studio on the 1st fl of a beautiful home. Queen size memory foam mattress, large comfy couch look out onto the beach only feet from your door. Private entrance, outside hot shower. We also have 3 kayaks, outside beach games, boogie boards, reading materials, fishing and WiFi. There are 10 miles of secluded beach to explore with only a few residents on the entire island which is mostly state park. It’s a must see for everyone’s bucket list! Guest access The most affordable option to get to the house is if I pick you up in my Chesapeake Bay boat, inquire about cost. The beautiful ride to the island takes about 25 minutes and I’m happy to show you the sights along the way. There are also private captained water taxis for hire when available! Pick up and drop off with me, are at Four Winds Marina at the northern tip of Pine Island in Bokeelia, Florida. Other things to note We have kayaks and fishing poles at your disposal free of charge. I can make an excursion to Cabbage Key (restaurant) as well as one to North Captiva, (fee for boat ride). Also if there’s interest I can do a coconut opening experience (no cost).
