Welcome to your peaceful Muskoka escape! This beautiful and spacious 4‑bedroom cottage sits on 4 private acres overlooking beautiful Fox Lake in Huntsville. Perfect year‑round, this retreat is designed for peace, comfort, and unforgettable moments with friends and family.— complete with a large hot tub for ultimate relaxation. We are a licensed Short Term Rental. We have included the 4 %STR tax required by the town of Huntsville as well as 13% HST in the nightly rate. The space This airconditioned cottage is approximately 3000 sq ft. Enjoy a bright open‑concept living area with large windows and lake views. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor, including the primary bedroom which has its own full ensuite, tv and walk in closet. The fourth bedroom is located in the walkout basement, that contains another bathroom and gathering space that includes a smart tv, foosball table and dartboard. There is a dead end cottage road that goes through property. You have to walk across this road to get to lake (see pictures). Its quiet and never an issue but we like to make everyone aware before booking. The cottage is peaceful and private, but sound travels easily over the lake. We kindly ask guests to keep noise low at night to respect neighbours. If you’re seeking a quiet retreat, this is perfect. If your group tends to be louder, this may not be the right fit. The cottage sits on a hill making for a beautiful views in the winter but also making the driveway steep for some vehicles, winter tires/ 4wd is advised. See pictures. Washer and dryer are available to use. Starlink internet service. District 7 snowmobile trail 850m from house. From the last week of June to early August (7weeks), a premium kids’ camp operates across the lake. Some guests enjoy watching the sailing lessons and hearing camp songs; others notice the noise. The rest of the year the lake is extremely quiet. In spring and summer months we have a licenced technician treat our property with a natural spray to help minimize ticks and mosquitos.
