The Cottage at Evergreen

This guesthouse is located on the grounds of an historic, 1898, Dexter home. While a studio floor plan, it offers a queen bed, living room area, a small bathroom and a kitchenette. There is a smart TV, internet, a small fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The decor is a warm, cottage theme that is changed with the seasons. A small porch offers outdoor seating for 2. Beside the garage is a fire bowl and chairs guests may use. An assortment of snacks and drinks await you! The space Aspects of the cottage are “rustic” particularly the small bathroom and kitchenette. Yet, it is a quaint, comfortable little house that family and friends have enjoyed! As the pictures show, there are no walls separating the sleeping area from the living area. It should be noted, we are located only 3 blocks from the downtown train tracks and trains do travel thru, sounding their horn multiple times during the night!
