This inviting space features an open floor plan with a comfortable living area, complete with a sofa, streaming options (perfect for unwinding), and a king-sized bed that’s as cozy as it gets. As you step down into the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, and a dining area for two. Start your mornings at the coffee bar, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The bathroom offers a spacious tiled walk-in shower with dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus ample shelf space to keep your essentials organized. Whether you're here to relax or explore, The Cozy Corner will feel like your home away from home! This home is located in a residential area and is an on-site host property. You may see us out in the yard occasionally, but we fully respect our guests’ privacy in the self-contained tiny home. We ask that you please do not park on the grass or on the concrete slab. If boat parking is needed, please message us for further details. Other things to note -Please be respectful and leave it tidy in your departure. There will be an extra fee charged for any extreme cleaning if needed. The house is professionally cleaned after each guest to ensure top sanitary conditions. -The house is on a private well and septic system. -No smoking/vaping of any kind allowed in the home. -No drugs or illegal activity allowed on the premise.
