Hi, I am a financial professional who works mostly from home or occasionally at the office, my home is very friendly, pet friendly, situated in a nice neighborhood 10 mins away from the airport by driving, 15 mins away from the highway 417 - Hunt Club. Ideal for travelers flying in or planning on going downtown, the location is about 15 min away from most places via car and if not there is the OC transpo. Access will provided by a garage door opener or with a code through access from garage. The space Nice furnished basment, which includes: - 50inch TV cable available (Netflix setup already downstairs) - free internet 150mb speed - KING size bed and nightstand - walk in closet - laundry upstairs Samsung Smart W & D - clean shared bathroom - 10 mins away from the Airport - 15mins away from the highway Hunt Club exit. - have a friendly dog(Beagle) whom can be kept inside host's room if requested - parking for 1 vehicle driveway - 5 min walk from bus stop - 5 min walk from local plaza (Freshco, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Shawarma, Pizza, Shoppers, Subway, C-Tire, Johnny Canucks, 2 banks and LCBO.) - Shared kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances - Shared living area with 50 inch tv and cable w shared dining area Guest can request towels and extra ammenities if needed.
