Welcome to Bayside Boho Retreat. This professionally designed and fully equipped 2 story home with 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths is located in the heart of the Peninsula. You are only a few steps to the calming breezes of the bay and endless miles of scenic beaches. This retreat styled home was designed to be as warm and inviting as the California sun. It's perfect for a large family and a quick 5 min walk to the iconic Fun Zone where you can enjoy nostalgic carnival games and feel like a kid again! The space ***PLEASE READ***** ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS, PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS. This includes bachelorette/bachelor celebrations, birthday parties, baby showers, etc... No exceptions. Our home is only for a small group that want a relaxing trip in a quiet residential area. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 8 AT ALL TIMES. Quiet Hours are between 10:00pm - 7:00am. Any violation of our House Rules will result in cancellation of your stay. This is a 2 story home: On the first floor, there is a living room, kitchen/dining area, primary bedroom with en suite bathroom and additional guest bathroom. In the second floor there is a second living room with the other 2 bedrooms and 3rd bathroom. Other things to note There is an attached garage where you may park 1 car. The garage is a bit narrow, but will comfortably fit a regular sized SUV. The dimensions are approximately 108" (9’) wide and 216” (18’) deep. Free street parking is also available, but please be aware of street sweeping schedules. Please note that on holidays and weekends it may be a bit of a challenge to find free parking as our home is only 2 blocks to the Balboa Village and Fun Zone.
