Welcome to QMD171, this brand new 3 bedroom private unit, with central A/C and heating, perfect for your next getaway. The cottage is located within the private gated community of Quarry Meadows. We look forward to hosting you soon! Please note, upon booking we require the names and ages of all guests and a drivers licence for anyone who will be operating the golf cart. This a requirement so that we can register your group with Sherkston Shores to ensure you can enter the resort. The space The interior of the cottage sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms; 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 2 single (bunk) beds. The space comes with brand new primary kitchen appliances, large kitchen island, televisions, private WiFi, and bathroom. The exterior has a large partially covered deck equipped with patio seating, as well as your own private use fire-pit on the stone patio. Great for a relaxing and fun getaway! Guest access Electric lifted golf cart with seating for four is included in the rental price for the duration of your stay. Private parking is available for 2 cars at your site Other things to note Minimum age to rent: 25, ID is required for use of golf cart. We require the names and ages of all guests to register your group with Sherkston prior to arrival. The surrounding area is currently under construction, but all unit amenities are completed. Guests must bring their own linens and toiletries (towels, bedding, pillows, single-ply toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc.) Sherkston Shores charges an additional fee for use of the waterpark. This fee is paid directly to Sherkston Shores. Your stay qualifies for the new 2022 Ontario Staycation Tax Credit (up to 20% rebate)
