This is an apartment in a building with many other apartments. There is a very good HEPA air purifier to help reduce odors and keep the apartment fresh. The Wifi is provided by the building and is good but can be spotty at high use times. There is no TV in the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor with very nice views to the south and west. No pets or smoking allowed. Guest access Entire apartment. Other things to note There is no intercom system in the apartment or remote access to let people into the building. There is also no mailbox or mail delivery available for guests. If that is an issue please contact me and we can work something out.
