Please note: This property is not suitable for young children. The space You will be pleasantly surprised how welcoming this 120 year old apartment is. The wide plank pine floors combined with south and west facing windows create a warm and inviting environment. The 950 square foot floor plan has gathering spots along with privacy. You will feel so cozy and tucked away but with the city and all the activities all around you. Guest access The second floor apartment is secure with easy self check-in. Parking is free on the street right in front of the building. In the warmer weather the deck out back is set up with outdoor seating, dining area, and party lights. Other things to note The Stella Hotel is right across the street. The Upper East venue is at the end of the block. Scoops Ice Cream Shop is around the corner. East View Coffee is right next door! We own the picture frame shop on the first floor and love to meet our guests if it works out. Herzing University is a few steps away. Public Brewery is at the end of the block. The Civil War Museum and Public Museum are a few blocks away. The marina, beaches and parks are a straight shot walking east on 58th Street. Carthage is a few miles away. Specialty retail and top-notch restaurants are everywhere. Enjoy the seasonal festivals and rent kayaks and paddleboats from the Kenosha Community Sailing Center. Enjoy a walk or a run along the lake, through neighborhoods or all the way to the Carthage campus.
