Updated kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and all items needed for cooking/ meals. Bathrooms are stocked with luxury shampoos, conditioners, bath products and more. The space The living room space is a large open concept with a sectional couch and 65 inch tv, in the dining area there is a glass table that seats up to 8 people on looking the kitchen. There is a master bedroom with an amazing large walk-in and soaking tub and king size bed, the 2 other bedrooms are filled with queen beds that are cozy and comfortable after a long day at the beach, there is an easy accessible backyard for relaxing or pets along with a 2 car garage for parking. House includes full kitchen and laundry There are baby essentials such as a booster seat/child seat for eating, baby books and toys, pack n play Please clean after your animal inside/outside. Please be respectful of neighbors no loud music from 10pm-8am, late check out will be fined 100, as well as destruction of property and extra guest will be charged 50 a head a night Gladly host weddings or events or anything along those lines.
