The main level is designed for gathering. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large island for extra seating, a dining table for six, smart appliances, and all the everyday essentials for cooking at home, including pots and pans, bakeware, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, rice cooker, and toaster. Unwind in the living area with a large TV and oversized sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa, or open the sliding doors and let the indoor-outdoor living begin. Outside, your private patio is set up for easy Florida days and laid-back evenings, with a pool, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, covered outdoor kitchen, and BBQ grill. The home also has adjustable interior and exterior lighting, plus a Bluetooth sound system on each level, including outdoor controls near the patio. Upstairs, the loft offers another TV lounge, a futon that converts into a sleeper sofa, and a dedicated desk for remote work. The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, full bathroom, private balcony with patio furniture, and a sleek hot tub for winding down after a day out. Its bathroom includes a steam-shower feature for a spa-like reset. The Blue Room features a queen bed, calming blue, gray, and gold accents, a full-length mirror, closet, and full bathroom. For added convenience, there is a Samsung washer and dryer upstairs, along with parking for up to three vehicles: one in the garage with complimentary Tesla charging (We have an EV charger outlet), plus two spaces in the east-facing driveway. Please do not park on the grass, street, or neighboring properties. The garage keypad can be used to close the garage, but not to open it. Please note: all bedrooms are upstairs, and all permanent beds are Asian-inspired, low-profile beds positioned close to the ground. Guest access The entire space is available for guest use. Please be aware this unit is a twin duplex, meaning our neighbors live on the other side. Please only use the east side of the building, including the driveway. Please do not mess or tamper with any cabinets or storage chests with locks on them. They are only to be used by the cleaning crew for restocking. Other things to note This is part of a duplex building, with the twin of this property on the west side of the property. This unit is on the east side.
