This is a fun house, but not a party house!!! We want everyone to have a good time and to respect the surrounding neighbors. No more than 12 people allowed in the home at one time. Quiet hours start at 10pm (especially outdoors). Failure to abide by these rules will result in loss of $1,000 deductible and immediate removal from the home. Luxury home in the best location in Dallas. Open floor plan downstairs with large kitchen island flowing to the living room that features high end furnishing, fireplace and TV. Two large sliding glass doors connect the living room to the covered back patio with dining table, seating area with fireplace and TV. The decor and furnishings of this home are crafted by one of Dallas's best interior designers and emphasize quality and detail. From handcrafted tile to locally sourced antiques, this property truly gives the essence of extravagance without compromising comfort. Upstairs is the large master suite with king size canopy bed, walk-in closet and incredible bathroom. There are three additional upstairs bedrooms, two with one queen size bed each and the third with two queen size beds. *Pool heating is provided at no additional charge. The pool has a heat pump which is capable of heating the pool when the air temperature is around 65+ degrees. We do our best to keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees from March to early November. However, we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated to a certain temperature. Other things to note Exterior security cameras for guest safety. Air mattress and additional bedding available in the downstairs closet. The pool service technician comes by (usually) on Friday, mid-day, to service the pool. Please don't be alarmed when you see him walk along the side of the home to access the pool. It's recommended to stay out of the pool for 2 hours after he leaves. Trash/recycling bin pickup is Wednesday morning (sometimes very early), so please try to have any trash/recycling out by Tuesday evening, if possible. You can leave the cans out on the street for the entirety of your stay. If you do prefer to bring them in, please be sure to put them back out on the street by collection time.
