Kick back and relax in a beautiful rural area that is close to the mall, Berry College, Berry CollegeTennis Center, the baseball stadium, Russell airport, the Forum, Floyd (Advent) and Redmond (Atrium) hospitals, restaurants, and more. Queen bedroom with t.v. and full bathroom for your use. The kitchen, washer/dryer, and hot tub are also available to guests. There is 1 cat in the home & 1 small poodle, so please be OK with super-friendly animals. The space Comfortable queen bed in a private room near the front door and front of the house. Dresser space and closet space are available. Free wi-fi and smart t.v. available. Private bathroom next to the bedroom. Hair dryer, soap, and towels provided. The hot tub is available on the back porch. Free parking on the left side of the driveway. Guest access Residential subdivision off Old Dalton Rd about one mile from Rome Tennis Center. Free parking in driveway. Please park on left side. During your stay I am typically away from home during the day M-F, but available to chat with guests in the evening or can be reached by cell during the day. Happy to give recommendations about Rome, which is my hometown. Other things to note Please be aware that I do have two indoor-only pets that are not allowed outside. Be careful that you do not leave exterior doors open. I am typically away from home 8 am-4 pm, M-F, but available by cell if needed. If you have pet allergies then please do not book a room.
