★ Plum Place ★ Cozy Rooms, Awesome Location!

Welcome to Plum Place, a family home in the quaint village of Shallow Lake. Located right on Highway 6, Plum Place is a short drive from all the Bruce Peninsula has to offer. (Owen Sound - 10 min, Wiarton - 15 min, Sauble Beach - 15 min, Tobermory - 70 min, Blue Mountains - 50 min). You'll stay in our 120-year-old home with us, our little dog Plum, and resident felines Abby and Moi. The space Two bedrooms are available, accommodating up to four people in a single booking. The bedrooms and bathroom are both located on the second storey, accessed via a staircase. The large bathroom is equipped for guest use (though the shower is shared by hosts as it is the only one in the home -- we try to use it when guests are out for the day). Guest access Guests are also welcome to spend time in our spacious backyard -- with a firepit! Other things to note Please note that as we are located on the highway, the sound of passing cars is inevitable -- it makes for a convenient location (and we find it to be very tolerable), but is not for those looking for a silent country retreat.
