We notice the details, offering our guests a spotless home, private yard, plush bedding, and a kitchen stocked with fun cooking and cocktailing options, a coffee/tea station, and a huge kitchen gathering space. The space The Monroe Bungalow 865 is fully appointed. The kitchen shelves are stocked to make at-home cooking easy, the closets are full of extra sheets, pillows, blankets towels, soap, lotions and cleaning supplies. The back yard is perfect for hanging out (in the warmer months). Guest access The neighborhood is considered one of the most walkable in the city and the multi-modal options of, bus, bike lanes and ample parking are easy! Trader Joe' including their liquor store!, Sprouts and CVS are just a few blocks away not to mention the new 9&CO district to the East with great restaurants; the Colfax corridor with Denver's concert venue/theatre/bar district as well as City Park and the Zoo to the North; the high end shopping district of Cherry Creek North to the South; and to the West is Congress Park with a huge community pool and tennis, basketball and pickleball leagues and adjacent to that is the Denver Botanic Gardens and Historic Cheesman Park. Full of charm Congress Park boasts nearly all its original homes built around the turn of the century. This neighborhood and location can't be beat!!! Other things to note Please note, CATS are NOT ALOWED on the property, Thank you!! Also, the Air Conditioning unit will be made available in the spring when it is safe to turn it on for the season. It will be winterized when the temperature drops below a safe temperature in the fall.
