The space My family and I live on the upper two floors in the house with a separate entrance. We do have a 5-year old. We’ve heard from guests that you can hear him running on the floor in the mornings before he goes to pre-school. I want to be honest and upfront about the house situation. New exterior and interior: The house itself is 6 years old and we've been living there since 2019. You will stay at a pied-a-terre with your own entrance, floor, own bathroom with toilet and spa shower, big quiet room and your own terrace overlooking the peaceful Noe Valley. Guest access You can use our Laundry room which includes a washing machine, a dryer, ironing board and an iron for free. Washing liquid is included too. To access the room, please go one level down and you will spot a separate laundry room in the big media room.
