Perfect location for your home base while you are exploring Zion. Located 15 minutes from the south entrance to Zion and just minutes away from the Kolob Terrace of Zion. The house is clean and comfortable for all of your pre and post adventure enjoyment. The space We have modified our home with you in mind! The main floor of the home has 2 bedrooms, an updated kitchen and spacious living/dining room with lots of natural light. We live in the downstairs apartment of the house where you may hear our dogs Gus & Wini from time to time when they are playing or excited. Your access to the house and all spaces inside are private to you. Guest access The driveway is all yours! There is free parking on the street as well if you have more than 1 vehicle. You may see us or our pups on our side of the property that is adjacent to the driveway. If you are interested or not interested in interacting with very friendly and enthusiastic dogs, please let us know! Other things to note There is poor cell coverage in the area. Phone calls and texts are best done through the high speed Wifi
