3BR Mt Green Condo Minutes from the Slopes!

Our 3 bed/2 bath unit is located within Mountain Green Resort, steps away from everything! Take the free shuttle to the resort and ski home! Mtn Green is undergoing roof replacements and interior work from fall 2024 to Fall 2025. Located next to Killington Golf Course, near Killington Adventure Center, and across the street from Killington Resort and the slopes of Snowshed Lodge. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Fully equipped kitchen and bath. The space This 3 bed/2 bath condo was renovated in the fall of 2021 and bathrooms renovated in summer of 2024. Guests will enjoy access to all Killington Resort has to offer year-round. Mountain Green is currently undergoing roof replacement projects. This work may limit balcony access and cause noise during business hours. Some amenities may also have limited availability, which is beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding as Mountain Green works to enhance the resort. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. The condo shares common hallways and elevators. Trail operations at Killington Resort depend on natural snowfall and the resort's snowmaking capabilities. For the most up-to-date information on ski trail availability, please refer to the resort's official website. Please note that during the early and late winter seasons, the resort may be closed entirely. Refunds will not be provided for any resort closures. Ski Shuttle Details: There is a free shuttle from Mountain Green to the base of Snowshed from November 28th to late April. Daily: 8:30am to 5pm, approximately every 20-30 minutes/Holidays: 7:30am to 5:30pm, approximately every 15-20 minutes. *We have no control over any schedule changes and may change without notice* The indoor pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub are open daily 9am - 9pm. However, we have no control over any closures or schedule changes. The outdoor heated pool is typically open from mid-June to mid-September. The indoor fireplace is currently NOT operational and should not be used per HOA regulations.
