Special bedding requests (separate beds, king bed setup, extra beds, etc.) must be communicated at least 24 hours before check-in. For same-day bookings, all guest information and bedding requests must be received before 4:00 PM. After that time, our housekeeping team may no longer be available to accommodate changes. STARTER SUPPLIES We provide a complimentary starter kit upon arrival that includes basic essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, and a welcome supply of coffee. Our starter supplies are not based on the length of your stay. They are intended to provide guests with the essentials needed for their first few days and to help them settle in comfortably. Any additional supplies needed during the remainder of the reservation will be the responsibility of the guest.
