Mississippi Ave. this is the perfect perch to work from home. Guest access Guests have access to the laundry room in the basement. Guests can also enter and exit the building on the N. Shaver private courtyard entrance. This gate is next to the garbage and recycling hutch on N. Shaver St. Other things to note The building owner supplies unscented laundry detergent in the basement laundry room. The owner has chemical sensitivities and asks guests to refrain from using perfumes, colognes or heavily scented products during your stay. You are welcome to use the vacuum and attachments that are stored in the closet along with extra cleaning supplies and linens.
